Curriculum

Through understanding the ‘Four Ranges of Combat’: Kicking, Striking, Trapping and Grappling range the Fundamentals of Shaolin student learns the proper body tool/weapon for the proper time and space.  This awareness in conjunction with correct training of the basic movements common to all martial arts allows the student to build martial skills at a swift pace and see immediate results.  During the cultivation of the student’s physical awareness, the student learns about the nature of our reality and is able to apply the principles learned in the physical training to all aspects of life.  The student truly experiences a positive lifestyle change through training. 

Our primary training uses partner drills and Mok Yan Jong (Wooden Dummy) training.
